You can work on requests during the day at your earliest convenience and you choose when throughout the day you want to work on them. You can work from the comfort of your own home.

BenefitWe have a mentors competition based on your success points. The mentor who accumulates the most success points on a specific month is honored with the "Mentor of the month" title and is exposed to both mentors and members. Its pretty fun.

BenefitWe don't require that you purchase a license of the RACsuccess package but we do encourage all of our mentors to buy it. So if you are interested in buying the RACsuccess package, we offer a 50% discount to all of our mentors. You must be approved as a mentor on our website first in order to qualify for this offer.

BenefitYou will enter into a supportive environment, our system will allow you to decline working on submissions when you don't really know how to do them thus leaving the responsibility for that submission to another different mentor.

BenefitWe will love to have you as a mentor. We want as many mentors as possible to work for us. If you want to be one of our mentors, we need you!

You must be either in RentACoder.com, Guru.com, Elance.com, oDesk.com, Scriptlance.com or another freelance website (meaning you should have an account with any of those sites) or you must have worked for a long time as an independent freelancer outside any freelance website if you have not worked on any freelance website. If you plan to sign up as an independent freelance mentor, experience with a freelance website is not necessary if you meet the requirement of number of projects completed described below.

You must have completed at least 80 projects or more as a freelancer if you wish to sign up as a freelance mentor. We don't require any special distinction (eg. top coder status in RentACoder.com) but that would be a plus! A little exception is made if you are a high earner freelancer on your favorite freelance website.

In that case, if we find you really earn more than any average freelancer, our requirements is that you must have completed at least 45 projects or more on your favorite freelance website. If you plan to become an independent freelancer mentor then the same requirement of projects completed apply.

If you wish to sign up as a buyer mentor, you should have completed at least 50 projects

Please note that you can sign up both as a buyer mentor and as a coder mentor if you meet both the coder's and buyer's qualifications.

You must have an average freelancer rating of 9.2 or higher and buyer rating of 9.2 or higher as well and/or extremelly good client feedbacks

We will also need that you send us the link to your freelance profile and a link to your buyer's about page of your prefered freelance website

If you plan to sign up as a buyer mentor, send us one sample bid request description (project description) that you wrote as a buyer (or write one if you don't have an existing one, it can be based on a fake project that you invent). If you plan to sign up as a freelance mentor, please send us one sample initial comment (proposal) that you wrote as a freelancer (or write one based on any project in your favorite freelance website if you don't have one).

If you plan to sign up both as a freelance mentor and as a buyer mentor, please send us both the bid request description sample and the initial comment sample on the registration form in the "Files: " field.

An initial comment, also called a proposal or bid text is simply the first comment you always write to a buyer on a freelance website whenever you are interested in working on the project for them. A bid request description is just the visible text that freelancers see when they look at the project description on any freelance website.

A bid request description can be any that you have writen in the past and the initial comment can also be any you have writen in the past but you could also read a project in your most used freelance website and write one initial comment based on the project specification's of the project in that freelance website and send that to us.

You must be open to the advice that we are going to give you regarding the bid request description and the initial comment that you wrote. Of course if we determine that your bid request description and initial comment look good in our eyes then we will not advice you anything and you will have meet this requirement. Please note that RACsuccess also reserves the right to automatically decline a mentor if we find that the bid request description/sample initial comment provided does not meet our standards.

Remember that you must be willing to be open to others in this atmosphere of work and sincerity will be important. We will need a picture of you along with personal information such as name, email and other information that we will request from you and agree that your information will be exposed to our customer

It's also very important that you have spare time to process submissions since our members will be expecting a prompt response. Our system will help you in notifying you by email when you have been chosen by a member to work on a subscription. However, we would appreciate if as soon as you get the notification, you start working on it at your earliest convenience.

Respect for others is very important as well. Please respect members always even if they sometimes fail to respect you.

You must have good writing skills (avoiding typos as much as possible, avoid trying to say things with abbreviations, perfect grammar NOT REQUIRED but we wont accept candidates with an extremely bad grammar). Mentors will need to show that they are used to writting with proper letter capitalization as well.Make sure you are into the habit that after any "." (dot) you always start with a capital letter. For instance, you should NOT write: "I will gladly help you with your submission. i will be assisting you throghout your subscription period." Notice that after the dot, the sentence started with a lower case letter: "i". So this should have been writen as "I will be assisting you...".

You will not be our employee, we will hire you as an indepedent contractor

Your freelancer's profile in your favorite freelance website will be an acceptable advertising page. Just make sure that you keep this profile with a good level of detail of what are the services that you provide.

Its important that you maintain a good average rating and client feedback as a freelancer and/or as a business owner that outsources projects. If you sign up with a good average rating within our acceptable range but as time passes by your average rating goes down, we will temporary disable your mentor account until you pick your rating up back again.

At RACsuccess sole discretion we will determine which candidates will be accepted as our mentors based on other factors as well and which ones will be declined but a truthful opinion will be given to those declined.

PayPal is the most commonly used method to pay and receive money online. If you have a PayPal account then you can choose to get paid by us via PayPal.
